Important information

• Before making the payment, please reconfirm that the information provided (name, surname, ID number, language…) is correct, as if it is not, you will be refused entry to the monument.
• Don’t forget to arrive at the meeting point around 30 minutes before the reservation time. There you will receive your tickets and audio guide device.
• At the time you pick up your audio guide device, you must leave a deposit of 50 euros as a guarantee. Said deposit will be returned to you once the device is delivered, after verifying that it is in perfect condition.
• Tickets for children under 5 years old do not include an audio guide.
• It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID card it will be required to access to the Alhambra.
• The reserved time does not correspond to the entry into the Nasrid Palaces, the visit can start at the Alcazaba or Generalife. This information will be specified in the email in which we send you the documentation.
• On certain dates, due to the great demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, what is done is a request for availability, it is indicated when the payment is going to be made. In a period of less than 72 hours you will be answered informing you if there are places available or not. If the reservation is less than that period, you will be answered urgently. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to guarantee that in case of availability there are funds to collect it.
• The itinerary for wheelchair users does not provide access to certain areas of the monument.
• The visit time ranges between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the option chosen in the reservation.
• If you reserve the waiting list option:
  • If you choose this option, you will enter a waiting list in case there are cancellations or last-minute ticket availability.
  • Our confirmation rate is 96%.
  • The maximum confirmation period is 8 hours before the time of your visit.
  • If entry is not confirmed, the amount paid will be unlocked and you will receive a full refund.
  • The access time to the Nasrid Palaces (if you choose this option) will be confirmed by email once there is availability. Remember that the opening hours are: from 15/10 to 31/03 from 8:30 to 17:00 and from 01/04 to 14/10 from 8:30 to 19:00.
  • If you want to leave the waiting list, you can write an email requesting it to mytoptour@gmail.com until 21:00 the day before the visit.
• Please note that only the ticket types available for the selected date and time are displayed. If there is only one type of ticket available, you will be specified which accesses are included in your visit in the 2nd step. • On certain occasions you will only be given the option to book the visit that DOES NOT include access to the Nasrid Palaces. This is due to the high demand and the reduced availability of the complete visit (with Nasrid Palaces). That is why we always recommend booking well in advance.
