Important information

• Before making the payment, please reconfirm that the information provided (name, surname, ID, language…) is correct, otherwise you will not be allowed to enter the monument.
• It is mandatory to carry a valid passport or ID card at all entrances.
• A deposit of 50 € is required to collect the audioguide, which will be returned when the audioguide is returned in good condition.
• The reserved time does not correspond to Nasrid Palaces; the visit can start at the Alcazaba or Generalife.
• You will receive an email confirming the definite time of the flamenco show.
• On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, what is done is a request for availability, it is indicated when you are going to make the payment. In a period of less than 72 hours you will receive an answer informing you if there are places available or not. If the reservation is less than 72 hours, you will receive an urgent reply. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to ensure that in case of availability there are funds to collect it.

• From the moment the reservation request is made, it cannot be changed or cancelled, nor will you receive any refund.
