• Tickets for children under 5 do not include audioguide.

Important information

• Before making the payment, please reconfirm that the information provided (name, surname, ID, language…) is correct, otherwise you will not be allowed to enter the monument.
• Alhambra tickets for children under 5 years old do not include audioguide.
• The tour for wheelchair users does not access certain areas of the monument.
• It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID card as it may be required at one of the entrances to the monument.
• IMPORTANT: Do not forget to bring headphones and your cell phone with battery and the APP downloaded. We will send you the instructions for use via email. The APP is only available in Spanish, English, French, Italian and German.
• The time reserved to visit the Alhambra does not correspond to the entrance to the Nasrid Palaces, the visit can start at the Alcazaba or Generalife. This information will be specified in the email in which we send you the documentation.
• Please note that only ticket types available for the selected date and time are shown. In case there is only one type of ticket available, you will be specified which accesses are included in your visit in the 2nd step. We recommend that you carefully read the information displayed during your reservation process.
• On certain occasions you will only be given the option to book the visit that does NOT include access to the Nasrid Palaces. This is due to the high demand and the reduced availability of the complete visit (with Nasrid Palaces). That is why we always recommend booking well in advance.

Change and cancellation policy

• From the moment the reservation request is made, it cannot be changed or cancelled, nor will you receive any refund.
