Important information

• Before making the payment, please reconfirm that the information provided (name, surname, ID number, language…) is correct, as if it is not, you will be refused entry to the monument.
• For the visit to the Alhambra you must carry all the time your id card or passport.
• Presentation 15 minutes before the start at the meeting point.
• If you arrive late or you don´t have id card or passport you can not make the tour and you do not have the right to a refund.
• The itinerary for wheelchair users does not provide access to certain areas of the monument.
• On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, what is done is a request for availability, it is indicated when the payment is going to be made. Within a period of less than 72 hours, you will be answered informing you if there are places available or not. If the reservation is less than that period, you will be answered urgently. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to guarantee that in case of availability there are funds to collect it.
• Our Tours are not bilingual. They are always developed entirely in the selected language.
• Depending on the option chosen (with or without palaces), the visit time ranges from 2 to 4 hours.
• The tour requires a minimum group size of 6 participants. If the minimum number is not reached, an audio guide will be provided and the difference will be refunded.
• If you reserve the waiting list option:
  • If you choose this option, you will enter a waiting list in case there are cancellations or last-minute ticket availability.
  • Our confirmation rate is 96%.
  • The maximum confirmation period is 8 hours before the time of your visit.
  • If entry is not confirmed, the amount paid will be unlocked and you will receive a full refund.
  • The access time to the Nasrid Palaces (if you choose this option) will be confirmed by email once there is availability. Remember that the opening hours are: from 15/10 to 31/03 from 8:30 to 17:00 and from 01/04 to 14/10 from 8:30 to 19:00.
  • If you want to leave the waiting list, you can write an email requesting it to mytoptour@gmail.com until 21:00 the day before the visit.
• Please note that only the ticket types available for the selected date and time are displayed. If there is only one type of ticket available, you will be specified which accesses are included in your visit in the 2nd step. We recommend carefully reading the information displayed during your reservation process
• On certain occasions you will only be given the option to book the visit that DOES NOT include access to the Nasrid Palaces. This is due to the high demand and the reduced availability of the complete visit (with Nasrid Palaces). That is why we always recommend booking well in advance.

• The guide will give you your tickets at the meeting point, just before the guided tour begins.

Cancellation Policy

• From the moment the reservation request is made, it cannot be changed or canceled. You will not receive any refund.
