Important information
- Why should I pay 50 cents despite it being a Free Tour?: This charge is made with the aim of verifying that the reservation is being made by a real person. If you do not attend the Free Tour, a charge of 5 euros per person will be charged to your card. This charge is made to prevent a large number of reservations from not showing up without having previously cancelled, taking up places that could be enjoyed by other people. If you cancel up to 2 hours before, no charge will be made.
- It is necessary to arrive 15 minutes before the meeting point.
- Please check your spam or promotions folder, especially if you use hotmail, outlook or yahoo.
- The Free Tour requires a minimum number of 5 people to go on the tour.
- There is no access to the interior of any space that requires tickets. The Nasrid Palaces, the Generalife, the Alcazaba or the Partal are not visited. It does provide access to important places within the monument such as the Palace of Charles V and other spaces.
- The option for groups of more than 6 people requires a previous payment. The fact of choosing this option does not imply that the Free Tour is private and that the guide will accompany you exclusively, you will participate in the tour with the rest of the reservations.
